Main Structure and Function: The drum filter operates using a mechanical centrifugal method. The first section that the slurry comes into contact with is the conveying spiral section. The spiral shaft in the middle part is a tapered variable pitch spiral shaft to increase the compression ratio, improve the filtrate extraction rate and the dryness of the slurry. The second half is the high-pressure spiral section, and the pitch of the spiral blades is arranged from small to large from the feed inlet to the discharge outlet.
The inner layer of the screen drum is a screen mesh, and the gaps between the screen mesh are arranged in this way from the feed port to the discharge port. The outer layer of the screen is a reinforced screen drum, and each screen is connected with bolts.
