The rotational speed of the main shaft can be regulated through a frequency converter. When the rotational speed of the spiral shaft is increased, the production capacity of the equipment can be improved. When the rotational speed of the spiral shaft is decreased, the dryness degree of the discharged material can be increased.
The first section that the slurry comes into contact with is the conveying spiral section. The spiral shaft in the middle part is a tapered variable pitch spiral shaft to increase the compression ratio, improve the filtrate extraction rate and the dryness of the slurry. The second half is the high-pressure spiral section, and the pitch of the spiral blades is arranged from small to large from the feed inlet to the discharge outlet.
